The monthly meetings are typically held on the 1st Sunday of each Month at the Cactus Cantina located at 151 Alessandro Blvd, Riverside, CA 92508.
Meeting Minutes – 03/01/2026
The meeting was called to order at 10:00am by Sergeant-at- Arms Bill Whitson and immediately followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
President Ken Hamer welcomed and acknowledged club members in attendance as well as three family-member visitors accompanying Bobbi Colleasure.
Happy Birthday wishes were extended to club members having birthdays during the month of March.
Treasurer Sam Frisby gave the monthly Treasurers Report
Ken provided the monthly social media update (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X). The club webmaster was not in attendance.
Bobbie Colleasure extended an invitation to all club members for the Celebration of Life for Hollis.
There was a short mention and discussion of current Mopar-related online news.
A reminder of the following monthly club meeting date revisions from the standard first Sunday of the month was presented: July 12 because of the 4th of July holiday weekend, September 13 because of the Labor Day holiday weekend, and October 12th because of the annual club participation in the Ontario Elks car show on the 5th.
Club business:
- A proposal was made to include monthly club meeting Minutes on the club website. Following discussion a motion was made, seconded and approved
- The following car shows were discussed as possible monthly club events:
- April 11th- 7th Annual Teamsters Local 1932 Car Show and Cruise-San Bernardino
- April 11th- Car Show and Vintage Trailer Open House-Bonelli Bluffs, San Dimas
- April 18th-19th-CPW 38th Annual Spring Fling Car Show-Woodley Park, Van Nuys
- April 18th- Orange Blossom Car Show-Heritage Park, La Verne
- April 25th- 24th Annual Corn Feed Run Car Show and Cruise-Chino
- May 2nd-Show and Go-Downtown Riverside
- June 6th-24th Annual Rods and Rails Event-California Railway Museum-Perris
Following discussion it was decided to table the topic until the April club meeting. Ken offered to research additional information on the June 6th event in Perris.
Bobbi Colleasure suggested that club member Veterans research future Honor Flight information on the Honor Flight Network for Veterans website
The meeting was closed at 10:58am.
