Over the course of this video, I think I tried every single somewhat plausible commenter suggestion that I hadn't yet tried. Put a Holley on it? Ok. Maybe your rebuilt distributor is bad? Fine. Is the cam installed wrong? I thought so too, so let's check that. Did you lash your valves correctly? I think so, but let's try that a second time. Maybe it's the turbo! Maybe that tiny slant is choking trying to exhale through the turbo. Alright, let's rip the entire turbo setup off and test that theory. I've done the math. This build is cursed, and it's getting to the point that it's not fun anymore.

This buttons up the bottom end on the 512 Stroker Build for a viewer of mine. The end goal is to make 700+ horsepower on E85, and be able to spray 150 shot nitrous without any issues. We decided to install the 440 Source Girdle and the milodon windage tray, Road race pan, and 1/2 pickup tube. Making these items work in harmony with the 4.25" stroke crankshaft and 6.535" long Scat Rod was a fun project.
With this pan and system installed, he should be able to handle 700 horsepower with his stock block, provide plenty of volume to his engine, and have higher capacity of oil for the drag races and beyond!

A couple of weeks ago, we dumped the clutch on our 535cui. stroker 1969 Dodge Charger R/T and immediately snapped our driveshaft in two. We investigated what went wrong; ordered a new aluminum driveshaft from Gulfcoast Driveshaft and verify that we didn't (or did) hurt anything else in the process.

In this video we share with you a 1970 Plymouth Superbird 440 4 speed car we have for sale here at Rocket Restorations. This car has come a long way since coming out of an estate where it sat for almost 40 years. This was a very barn, or garage find, we bought in an estate sale last year in Spokane, Washington. This is a super solid car that features a 440 4 speed drive train combo, Dana 60 3.54 geared rear end, black bucket seat interior, 8 track radio, disc brakes, and much more. The car has it's original 18 spline 4 speed transmission, fender tag, as well as the broadcast sheet. Both the cowl and trunk body numbers match as well. This is a very nice driver type car that is perfect for a car you would just want to drive or also a great candidate for a full restoration to bring it back to it's glory. Been fun driving this one but it is ready to go to a new home.

Slant Daily Garage

This intake is something that I have always wanted for my daily driver. I hope this solves the issues associated with mostly all slant six intakes...... Fuel Distribution. The idea is that with the runners being mostly equal length it SHOULD help these issues with running a carburetor. I know that putting muti point injection on a slant will solve this 100% but since I drive this car EVERYWHERE I would like the rock solid reliability, tried and true, with 100+ years of usage, Carburetor. I am also trying for 30 MPG at 70+ MPH.... Still working on that one.
